Policies

---

All items offered by AK Cards and Collectibles LLC are sold based on the product description and photographs provided at the time of sale. Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs and descriptions before completing a purchase.

Raw and ungraded trading cards may contain normal imperfections associated with their age, handling, storage, or manufacture. No specific grade is guaranteed for raw cards. Professionally graded cards are sold according to the grade and certification shown in the listing.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

AK Cards and Collectibles LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of a pricing error, inventory error, suspected fraud, or other issue that prevents the order from being fulfilled.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these policies and the applicable shipping and return/refund terms.

Orders will be processed and shipped as promptly as possible after payment is successfully received. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Orders may include tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the shipment, please contact AK Cards and Collectibles LLC promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and memorabilia, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or is materially different from the item described in the listing.

Customers should carefully review all photographs and product descriptions before purchasing. Raw or ungraded cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade if submitted to a grading company.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact AK Cards and Collectibles LLC promptly after delivery. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials to evaluate the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by AK Cards and Collectibles LLC.
